This letter is being written to the both of you to put into motion my third lawsuit. This lawsuit is being filled against the North Bay Ontario Works (Workfare) employee Bill White, Patricia Talentino, Sandra Kimber for not honoring all the medical reports from Dr. Alldred, Dr. Holmes and Dr.Gordon. You both have my signature as follows
Lawrence Twain to have all my medical reports released to both of you from Dr. Alldred (Tel. 705-472 3660), Dr. Holmes (Tel. 705-476 0165) and Dr. Gordon (Tel. 416-603 5866). These medical reports are all based on my present ongoing two totally separate lawsuits of 2003.
First : hurt on the job while working where there was no work insurance coverage for me to be employed by the Low Income People Involvement of North Bay (Tel. 705-472 1337). No Federal Tax payer dollars were provided for me to be fully insured on the job while working on my Federal 78 week job creation contract and
Second: hurt while collecting employment Insurance Benefits Dec 10/03. Both lawsuits are slip and fall accidents on glare ice where the Roadway employers of North Bay Corporation of the City of North Bay did not put sand down on the sidewalk bus stop and the sidewalk. These lawsuits belong in the jurisdiction of the corporation of the City of North Bay based on this fact of law. It is the FAULT of the Corporation of the City of North Bay for not putting down sand on the bus stop in my first lawsuit and is also the FAULT of the Corporation of the City of North Bay for not putting down sand on the sidewalk in my second lawsuit. Please phone Dr. Alldred and Dr. Holmes and Dr. Gordon as they will provide you the details on my two totally separate lawsuits as to the extent of the physical damages on my two slip and fall accidents after you both have completed the investigation and have phoned the three doctors. Please you as a lawyer Stewart Bailey and you Nancy Adams, Community Legal Worker bring all the reports of my claim on my third lawsuit to the attention of my lawyer Frederic G. Ferguson to be settled in the court of Law in the District of Nipissing in the North Bay Courthouse.
Please send me a copy of the letter you will be sending to my lawyer Frederic G. Ferguson and also send to me the reports you have made on behalf of all of my medical reports. As all of these reports
DO NOT BELONG IN A NO FAULT INSURANCE PLAN. THE FAULTS BELONG IN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF NORTH BAY . THE FAULTS ON MY TWO SLIP AND FALL ACCIDENTS ARE AGAINST THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF NORTH BAY FOR NOT PUTTING SAND DOWN ON THE BUS STOP SIDEWALK IN MY FIRST LAWSUIT OF 2003 AND ALSO NOT PUTTING DOWN SAND ON THE SIDEWALK IN MY SECOND LAWSUIT OF 2003. UNTIL YOU BOTH HAVE FINALIZED AN INVESTIGATION ON MY TWO TOTALLY SEPARATE LAWSUITS OF 2003 AND PROVIDED A COMPLETED REPORT to my lawyer Roderic G. Ferguson , on behalf of all my medical reports of 2003 and 2004 and 2005. That will put into motion a lawsuit against the North Bay Ontario Works (Workfare Office) that will be held in a court of Law in the North Bay courthouse with my lawyer Roderic G. Ferguson.
The third lawsuit could have been prevented from taking place by the mere fact of Ontario Works (Workfare) acknowledging the fact of law to work on all of my medical reports and the result of my two totally separate lawsuit accidents of 2003. And in the case of the third lawsuit Ontario Works (Workfare) will be subpoenaed by my lawyer Roderic G. Ferguson to go to court for not honoring to work with all the medical reports from the three doctors.
